The Past Captain's Vase, Friday 8th July 2016.

The Past Captain's vase is a yearly competition where the current Captain & all past Captain's are invited to play, then get suited & booted in their club ties & jackets to a enjoy a 3 course meal provided & design by Table Manners.

The Menu consisted of freshly made smoked haddock, spring onion & mozzarella fishcake with a tomato relish to start. Then followed by Seared Duck breast with a Port & blackberry jus, dauphinoise potatoes & seasonal vegetables. To finish Vanilla creme Brulee served in a cappuccino cup with sable biscuit & sea salt caramel ice cream. Then coffee & petit fours. Of course being golfers the meal was washed down with plenty of vino!!!
